Pro
1. Made in Japan (not China)!
2. Zoom range.
3. 3 "high resolution screen.
4. HD video zoom.
Cons:
1. The sensor is too small for a camera -> granulation in low light. Less Fujifilm Finepix F70EXR is bigger sensor and better image quality in low light conditions.
2. Buggy software in the camera - sometimes some of the ways to get frozen.
3. The software included on the CD - a piece of garbage, as usual with digital cameras, a lot of extra unnecessary. Do not open your video from a camcorder AVCHD (. MTS format) for editing. A bummer! This is a "must" for such an expensive top-line camera to have full editing package included. Use / buy 3 third-party software for video editing.
4. Original battery down quite quickly, buy spare parts for one (not cheap - $ 50).
5. Standard Intelligent Auto (IA) mode, sometimes it is not smart enough, which is not the best quality.
6. Be careful with wide-angle lenses - curved lines, etc other cameras make better pictures from the same point / distance learning with the frame itself.
Overall, not bad camera, but the price should be around $ 200 (not 300) due to a small sensor quality and installed / bundled software. Disappointed. Paid.
